Mike Lavender
BSc (Hons) Chem Eng, MIChemE, CEng, MIOSH
Mike is a chartered Chemical Engineer with seven years of experienced as a process engineer working on a number of large production facilities across the UK.
Since leaving industry Mike has spent 24 years providing risk engineering support to the global energy insurance market and global oil and gas clients. Mike has extensive experience of completing insurance focused risk engineering surveys of major onshore and offshore production facilities located around the world and has managed risk engineering survey programme of a number of major national oil companies. Mike has extensive experience of completing Design Phase Risk Reviews of major upstream and downstream construction projects.
Mike is a founder and Director of Elantis.
Stuart Whitehouse

Stuart is a chartered Chemical Engineer with five years of experienced as a process engineer working on chemical and petrochemical production facilities within the UK and Germany.
Since leaving industry Stuart has spent 14 years providing operational and construction phase insurance risk engineering services directly to oil, gas and petrochemical operating companies, cedents, (re)insurance underwriters and (re)insurance brokers throughout the world. Stuart has extensive experience of completing, Design Phase Risk Reviews, operational and construction phase risk engineering surveys of major upstream and downstream risks.
