Elantis has developed its own 'in-house' Risk Rating Assessment tool to assess the quality of loss control standards and mitigations implemented by an operating facility surveyed. The objective of the Risk Rating Assessment Tool is to provide our clients with a risk rating benchmark assessment of a specific operating facility surveyed, compared with similar operating facilities that Elantis has surveyed globally.

The Risk Rating Assessment allows asset owners to understand where there are potential deficiencies in implemented loss control standards against industry standards and best practices.  The risk rating assessment will also identify potential opportunities for further risk mitigation and reduction.

The Elantis Risk Rating Assessment process evaluates the quality of the following loss control features of an operating facility surveyed;

• Hardware Loss Prevention Standards (12 elements)

• Management Systems Loss Prevention Standards (14 elements)

• Loss Mitigation Standards (7 elements)
